>> People are thrilled that Obama, unlike Bush, is actually doing something about the mess.<<

really? if you count looting the public treasury to the tune of trillions of dollars to fatten the pockets of the oligarchs so they don't have to suffer any losses as "doing something," then you've got a point.

i don't people will be thrilled with the bill.

especially when obama goes back even more on another campaign lie - to not raise taxes on those earning less than $250k.

he didn't wait but a month or two to go back on that particular piece of "change you can believe in."

it won't take him long to institute his 10% VAT tax, too.

isn't it ironic that communist china and pravda tell the economic truth while our government lies to its citizens?

isn't it ironic that the guy who ran on improving transparency immediately allowed the banks to mark to myth - something bush refused to do?

the propaganda and theater are good, but just like greenspan's "new economy," the costs will be large and they will not go away.
