A huge problem with racial and ethnic edge in educational benefit, both in the expense of schooling as well as the qualification of the candidate is that it never ends. They were graded better as less was expected of them. They found work because firms were pressured to hire them. There exists a reluctance to fire them and a reluctance to pass them for promotion and all forms of advancement.

We see that now. The same hammer that got her into higher education, law school, employment and the bench is now being swung to promote her to the highest court in the land.

Kenneth claims to be a Christian. When he takes a dirt nap, will he find that although qualified, his place in heaven had been taken by a non-Christian thug who had a long criminal record, but deserved a chance?
