Sotomayor didn't just say "an Hispanic woman might be able to bring a different perspeitve". She said a latina woman would reach BETTER decisions than a white male ... like you for instance. Thats an objectively racist statement. Now she might not be a racist herself. She may have just been saying something her leftwing audience was comfortable hearing. Even so, it was unwise and she'll probably apologize for it. I believe Obama said she misspoke or something like that. Also I will point out again that rational objectivity is not sociopathology.
