Has anyone noticed that TheraCour (NNVC's largest shareholder and developer of NNVC's drugs) is constantly selling shares almost on a daily basis. NNVC's CEO says that the money TheraCour receives from the sales will be spent to buy additional lab equipment. Funny thing is it cannot be proved. Since TheraCour is a private company we cannot see what they are actually doing with the sale proceeds; and, secondly it does not benefit NNVC on any asset level. I for one believe Anil, TheraCour's Sole owner and drug developer, is tired of waiting for his payday that may never come and starting to reap his rewards now. The stock is trading at a $73 Million market cap and the insiders probably realize it is trading for much more than it is worth. Anyone notice that NNVC only has $600K in hard assets other than cash. They only license the drugs from TheraCour and they pay TheraCour for all R & D work (a bit of a conflict). If they stop paying TheraCour for the R & D work then they lose the licenses which go back to TheraCour. NNVC only has about $900k left in the bank and they are burning thru $250K per month. Anil and NNVC's CEO each take $250k in annual salary. This is starting to smell.

If NNVC fails it will be the second public failure for the company’s CEO.

Any thoughts?
