Would'nt you consider this recent insider selling?

I've followed this thread silently for the past few weeks
and was wondering why no one has commented on this guy
reducing his position in this stock the last two weeks from
over 5% to just above 3% of the companies outstanding shares.
After buying late at $3-5/8 I was considering averaging down
while we are still below $2 ... until I found this tidbit.

also, how do we really know yet that all those insider's who
bought at $1 when the FDA was approving ozone for food processing,
(which is no mystery considering how common this is overseas), that
those insiders were not taking profits after their money's tripled.
Are they forced to hold their positions? If so, for how long?

Another thing... if this process HAS been used overseas, why is there
no mention of the companies already experienced in adapting Ozone to
specific food products, introducing this products here now that the
FDA has given the green light? Is OZON getting all this attention
simply because it's -the only publically traded play? -because it's
actually better positioned to land contracts in this explosive market?
-or because an otherwise boring laundry company, suddenly decided to
announce the exploration of entry into a compelling new market?

Brenda, forgive me if these issues have been covered in previous
posts, but I've read hundreds over the past few weeks, and failed
to see these common sense issues directly addressed. Thank you
and others for you time and dedication to this informative thread.
