LOL....my point is that if we are going to debate strengths and weakenesses, policy and quality, let's use exact quotes and what people really said rather than editorialize about what the quote means.

The above should be applied to all public figures. I could take Mr. Bush's "I don't think much about him anymore" comment on Bin Laden and imply that he had abandoned justice for 9/11. That would be unfair to Mr. Bush.

I'm not saying you can't say what you think Mrs. Obama said actually meant, but if you ask another poster to defend a remark she did not make....I think that is not fair.
