It was the right wing that keeps saying NO empathy No it isn't. Just about no one is saying such a thing. There is a big distance between saying the job of a judge should be about what the law actually says, and saying that people in general, or just judges, should have, or display no empathy. No empathy or sympathy at all would be sociopathic. But just about no one is calling for that.
