Now how are you going to parse your 4 or 5 women amongst the various kinds of women? Real women, lesbian not-women, American Indian women, German women, Christian women, black women, English women, muslim women (of course they can't serve because they are oppressed), pro-abortion women, anti-nuke women, anti-pornography women, women who are mothers, women who are single, women soldiers.
Women with law degrees, women without law degrees, women scientists, handicapped women, women with blue eyes, women with brown eyes, women with brown hair, women with blonde hair.
How would you balance the number of women based on their philosophy of killing or not killing unborn children?
Did you know that in America-----in America we kill about 1.2 million (1,200,000) of our own via abortion annually. Since 1973 there have been 40 million plus (40,000,000) Americans, killed via unnatural abortion.
Read those figures and weep!! And, yes carry this to the Democrat party, the party of death and not life.
Where does Sotomayor stand on the abortion---is she for unnatural abortions-----before 1973 this would not have been a question of concern for the Supremes----it is now and is a question that every nominee should answer?
