Kenneth is a brain devoid of original thought. He hasn't a clue what the Health Care Plan will be. I know that as he supports treatment as it is today. Kenneth will find himself using a health care system far inferior to what he has now with waiting lists for many expensive procedures. He will soon find he isn't even qualified to be on a waiting list.
