It will be interesting to see how much they value a franchise like the Florida Panthers which is an NHL franchise in an area that clearly does not have a lot of hockey fanatics. I would say most kids growing up in South Florida don't follow the sport at all.

So it's a fringe franchise in a fringe sport.

But the arena is beautiful and I believe it to be well managed.
