If the US defaults China loses the value of its investments,that wld just be tough luck!
Caveat emptor comes to mind!
China's bigger problem is domestic,that being millions and millions of unemployed workers.If the US consumer stops spending in favour of saving,China's economic miracle could end in another revolution.
The US and China are mutually reliant on each other,but I'd rather have US problems than China's any day of the week.Witness that other Asian super-power-Japan-and its lost decade.
No-one solves its problems faster than the US,only wish it would stop looking for the next enemy to be frightened of-cos there aren't any.
