I agree...and my attitude goes back to Bork who was very, very qualified. That rejection was a travesty. I wouldn't mind a few bright outside the box thinkers on the Court.

The manner in which we have taken obviously qualified persons and parsed their every move in an effort to eliminate them from positions of authority is a key to the dumbing down of our leadership.

Both parties do it and both are wrong to do it.
