I feel for you, Hawk. Its my understanding that your situation is not that uncommon, unfortunately.

I would respectfully disagree with regards to the SEC and many of their settlement processes. I'm sure that I am in the minority here. Since I don't trust the way the SEC is handling most of their responsibilities, I think its inappropriate that they can continue to look the other way while some on Wall Street 'game' the system.
