I would assume so, just like we do it today, except we could got to 100%, instead of limiting it to 10-15%. In fact, if they make it cost competitive with gasoline, then no mandates would be required. All we'd need is cars like in Brazil that can consumer either one or the other or any combination of the two.

I don't know how feasible their technology is and whether or not they can do it to make it cost competitive with gasoline, but it sure is tantalizing!
