Joe,

Does this mean that even after a merger, assuming that takes
place, that the two companies will still retain their separate
names and that the stock prices will still be "different?"
What if RLLY just buys CHKR, does this "goodwill" clause still
affect the company? I do believe that either a merger or a
buyout will take place if for no other reason than the combined
buying power the new company will enjoy.
