There are hundreds of processes to obtain fuels with CO2.
At the moment, it seems the best is agriculture, not corm. Sugar cane and palm oil are that I like.
Regarding the chemical process of Singapore, it most be said that it need to be feed with energy. They said that it requires less energy than the other processes. Let's wait to see if they build it in bigger installations.
Don't say it is not useful if it requires the same energy or more energy than the fuel can produce. The gain is that it can use cheap energy (like electric) to produce expensive energy (fuel for vehicles)
