I wonder if CIA has really gone out and visited the mine site. IN the Stockman's Forum, CL kept promoting SAL yet he contradicts it on his CIA report.
SAL employs a Geologist who understand whether a mine is economically feasible or not. If it is not why would they keep on drilling for more holes.
Just my thoughts.
