I believe that topic was throughly discussed at the annual shareholders meeting. The answer was no. From what I understand anyone at Novell can be contacted by their first initial and last name @novell.com

If the slide continues and it probably will, there should be major support at 7 1/2. Look for a hard bounce back to 8 for confirmation.
The possibility that NOVL will be trading for a dollar below book doesn't strike me as very likly, perhaps you could put in an order to buy DELL @ 10 while you're at it.
