Second, if you think Obama is hiring smart, savvy people to run Government Motors, then perhaps you can explain to me why he hired Brian Deese, a guy with absolutely no experience in the auto industry: nytimes.com; See...there you go again.......you can't get outside that box, can you? Alan Mullaly of Ford came from Boeing, not another car company. Running a car company ain't that complicated if you have good instincts and good people beneath you. I'm sure he's an intelligent kind of guy, but I know lots of intelligent people who really shouldn't be doing this kind of job. Trust me, anyone can do better than the 'experienced' yahoos who ran GM in the past. And finally, good attempt at using Bush once again to "prove" that Obama's intelligence and experience qualify him to run Government Motors. Its such an easy comparison its hard to resist. Sorry. ;-)
