It would be nice but its not likely. Why? I don't have a lot of faith in American ingenuity and industry these days. GM had decades to straighten itself out and didn't. Ford seems to have done it but only barely. If wasn't for the fact that the current Ford has good genes, F would be right there with GM and Chrysler. And its not just the car companies.......the rust belt is rusting not just because GM and Chryler are in trouble.
