Well, what happened is very clear and very important. I was integrally involved in the 1964 civil rights fight and know the story cold.

leonard Pitts had a good article today on how the blacks ahve been mistreated over the years.

The south was so outraged by the 1964 civil rights act Strom thrumond and George Wallace formed segregationist parties. Those folks still control the Republican party. Now more than ever.

You need to google that time period and brush up on your history. It was important. The same folks, exactly the same folks are doign the same thing today with gay bashing and invoking racism agaisnt Obama.

And in the 50's they were doing it with Joe Macarthy.

And then there was Nixon. All the same people.

Those are the people you need to be afraid of. Very afraid.

Rush, Beck and hannity are epitomes of the mindless thinking of the right wing.
