TJ, long time no speak...you have taken the words out of my mouth. I have come to the epiphany this evening as I did 18 months ago in calling a top in the market and 6 weeks ago in playing the mini-reflation trade. We are doomed. Yes, yes, we've known this for some time, but the question was always when not if. I think the "when" is soon upon us (6 months)... I think the financial crisis is merely a prelude to the "USD" crisis about to come. Positive cash flow properties financed with low fixed rate debt Precious metal/China commodity hedges 0 cash...saving ain't gonna be worth it. I have told my wife to put the "Ice" in the safe-deposit box. My life is important.
