Can someone who is expert in patent process explain exactly what the issue is at this point? This seems to be the core of the company. My own take, based on nothing more than common sense, is that the company is basically intellectual property that will try to sell itself once it proves that it has something unique and that this is marketable. They issue PR's that are nice and which show addition of people with impressive resumes. But, what happens on a day to day basis? Is it a process of research? Is it paperwork? I'm trying to get a feel for the road and its length so that we can all put some type of intelligent value on the potential.

Is the issue whether or not it is unique?

Thanks to any who can shed light here.
