Napoleon was far more pragmatic and always backed his words with damn effective hard power -- until the Russian campaign. The important question about Obama is the one Barry Rubin keeps asking -- So, what's he going to do when nobody does anything he wants? Unfortunately, I think I know the answer: blame Israel. Every other player is multiculturally immune from judgment.
