"Reg S" most always has negative sentiment attatched, and "last resort" has a desperado kinda feel too. Under CALY's circumstances I can be a bit more forgiving, because I believe in CALY's product and am understanding that they were in dire straits funding-wise. I've never seen anyone go out and celebrate a Reg S under any circumstances, but CALY's special situation and needs can be rationalized a bit more favorably. I was really pleased with CALY's performance yesterday during the chaos of the market dropping. She held her own very well. Once CALY sprints these first hurdles, I am confident we will see some major buying interest.
