Since we use secret ballots I can't prove how many fraudulent votes in the name of dead people were cast for Franken. I do know enough fraud occurred to have potentially turned the election and that this is prime evidence we need controls over fraudulent voting.

BTW I also know which party always fights attempts to tighten controls in this area. I don't think they're idiots.
