Dear Geek:
Thank you! Much better attitude. Thanks, again. I believe the patent expires sometime in early 1997, but is renewable. As to technicalities in the law, our country is beseiged with this problem..and it will get worse before it gets better. A lawyer finds a loophole, a technicality, or a 'minority agenda' that can be capitalized on and files a big one. Excessive monies are wasted then the govt buracracy rushes in to plug the dike just a litle with more regulations that leave even more loopholes, technicalities, etc. I believe most of the people who provide 'good chat' have done alot of investing, alot of research, and anyone with experience has their major holdings in core stocks. But chasing BB stocks is just plain fun! Some play the lottery...I never have...some head to the race track...not for me...but I enjoy a few of these, ESPICALLLY if they may provide a service to humanity. Oviously not E-Data, which is just a lark..but I have bought and whole-heartedly support EECN and CHUR because of this. I've 'met' alot of very nice and very knowledgeable folk on the SI threads...and seen alot of jerks. Given the two, which do you favor?? Hope you stay with us, buddy...in a friendly fashion. Good luck with your investments. |
