"A company with $4 Million in sales is worth about three times that if it were sold, or $12 Million or 1.2 cents."

Please elaborate on why the company would be worth $12MM.

What is the amount of debt that they are carrying?

What is their EPS?

How many warrants are outstanding?

How much are insiders taking from the company in the form of compensation?

Why would a company put this in a press release:

"Additionally, we have authorized the transfer agent to resume normal reporting activity."

How many times have we heard this statement from a company?

"Reasonable gross profits and net profits are expected in FY 2009."

Additionally how many times have companies misled investors by using the above statement?

"1st Quarter 2009 financials will also be posted within the near future."

Define "near" in the above statement.

What is the dollar volume of business they can expect from Wal Mart and or Lowes?

Does this sound like a whole lot of other companies that have scammed investors? If not, why not?
