after Cramer criticized Obama with his "greatest destruction of wealth ever" rant and then completely changed his mind and got back on the reservation for the predictable reasons we can only guess, Cramer has some credibility problems imho.

Looks like SLM execs dumped at 11 in January and bought back at 4 in March. Maybe that's why Cramer thinks they are a good bet.
