Arthur fyi---- nytimes.com Alix Partners is once again being used to eliminate a company via Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Alix representative is saying 5 years to be successful. Chapter 11 and restructuring are simply fancy names that get used to get rid of any but the creditors-------stockholders will get zilch. Alix was the group that led the bankruptcfy and give away of American Zenith's technology to Koo and LGE-----also the bankruptcy and ultimate demise of Silicon Graphics, Inc., whose remainder has been taken over by RACK. Check the Zenith old site and the SGI sites. mj
