Elmo - some one that is looking for work for over 6 months is 50+ years old and get responses of "overqualified" is not a "vagabundo". An attorney, accountant, engineer or any other person with academic education and many years in middle management has zero chance to find ANY job including flipping burger ......they will just no hire the person. Therefore in most cases they will start their own business and declared “self-employed” which in most cases will burn his/her retirement savings just giving the illusion that the person is working – OH YEA for pennies per hour if all is calculated into the actual net profit v. hours worked hopes are eternal and is the food of the masses - locking at an empty bowl of soup and hoping that starting from tomorrow it will be full for every lunch
