Pish posh that is a drop in the bucket. Ontario teachers pension fund deficit alone is 22 billlion...the solution for teachers ,,which just might not be the cream of the crop on the humanoid scale,, is not to recognize it ...right now...but over 5 years so it doesn't look as large.

The next step of course would be further smoooothing out to 20 or 50 years...there now,world wide pension defict problems solved!
