there's no question people are wrongly held and falsely accused...war is hell we even have falsely accused in our own prisons today some see the soul more clearly than others, unfortunately the 'justice' system is blind and sometimes wrong... that essence becomes amplified in times of 'war' if someone is held falsely by the mechanism that avoids the death of hundreds or even thousands, is it an unreasonable price? collateral damage occurs in many ways... just my observations, I have no dog in that fight...
