The QE monetary policy is failing. The rates soared well above where the Fed wants, or where the Fed wanted to drive the mortgage rates. We'll see. I'm not in a hurry to buy anything. Not even gold, although I'll buy it at some point this Summer, probably should have bot some today. How about buying the clownbuck for a change? -g-
