You have two issues in play here:

1) Stay of the order to sell assets to Fiat; and

2) Presumably a writ of certiorari has been filed.

Hopefully, a panel will vote to continue the stay until they have considered and voted on cert. Hopefully 4 of the Justices will vote in favor of accepting cert. and taking the case.

These unconstitutional, illegal moves of the Administration need to be in front of the Court for review.
