Perhaps -- but AFAIK they were not "sneaking in" to NK. These women appear to have been kidnapped, and even if they had accidentally strayed across the border that does not justify a sentence of 12 yrs hard labor.

I believe if they worked for Ross Perot he'd get their asses out.

It is clear that our CIA needs to be permitted eliminate Kim Jong Il. I'm not quite sure how they'd do it, but this is a classic example of why we need a CIA that can assassinate a foreign president now and then. There is little doubt that assassination of Saddam would have been preferable to the Iraq war for many reasons.

Not that Obama would ever authorize such a thing.
