Yes we are running pretty solidly below normal. With the lack of sunspot activity we may want to figure out how to live through an ice age rather then worrying about man caused global warming which doesn't exist. Get ready for the price of dairy products to double (or to be unavailable entirely eventually). The morons in DC are proposing a cow tax of $175/head on dairy farmers to offset the alleged GW effects of the methane the cows belch. The nation has gone insane.
