That assumes one thinks the stress test was anything meaningful. I don't. I believe it was meant as a "bank holiday" without closing the banks. I think it was a gimmick to allow time for people's fear to lesson. ........"The biggest thing we have to fear is fear itself". Someone said that long ago when the bankers drove us off a cliff then too.
