Kerry, 50 pct. cash looks pretty smart right now. I don't like to buy Icahn cos. for the same reason I don't like to buy cos run by my former boss, Gerry Tsai. They always come out smelling like a rose and their shareholders and employees come out dazed from the head punches. -g- But this real estate co. looks fairly cheap on its own recognisance. What we don't know is what Icahn will do with that cash. If he does the wrong thing, the stock will go lower. MB
