"It isn't fair," The judge didn't agree. If it is unfair, then why did he go with it? That is the man's business. He doesn't seem to have a history of incompetence, just the opposite. So why would he be onboard with something unfair? You haven't been able to answer that one except to darkly allude to the administration strongarming him.
