(I don't think that 'they' have had much opportunity to say much of anything --- they are in a North Korean prison. It was the other members of the news team who ESCAPED being kidnapped by the North Korean border guards who have said that they were definitely always only on CHINESE soil, on the Chinese side of the river....)

Maybe... maybe not.

The *last reporter* to be grabbed up by the North Koreans (CNN guy, if memory serves...) was quietly let go a couple of months later after $6500 in "fines" was paid, I think.
