Jam more and more folks together ... yecch.. Anyway in Toronto folks are moving downtown to condos and clustering around rapid transit hubs in infill housing .. or business moves out to burbs to avoid high taxes ... I agree we'll have less commuting but I do not thing burbs will die.. They'll attract more business.. With the amount of NG NA seems to actually have and more electric/hybrid vehicles.. it's not that bleak...
