Henry, what more do you know about the terms of the ALRI buyout? I got a call from my broker yesterday saying that it was all cash at $21.97, conditional on a majority of shareholders tendering (I did). Do you think the fact that ALRI hit $19 today is due to a serious possibility the buyout won't happen, or is it just market madness. I am tempted to load up (although at this point, it may be back over 20, who knows!!). Howard
