The world is already at level 6, but its a pointless rating system. It doesn't mean people are getting deathly ill, it just means that it has spread around the world. The regular flu is a pandemic constantly. The WHO is obviously just another bureaucracy looking for attention. They serve the same purpose as the overpaid bureaucrats who run each healthcare authority/district in Canada - very little. Their purpose should be to allow easy communication between the national health authorities of each country of the world (such as the Public Health Authority of Canada), not to speculate in front of the media. en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org
