Brains work on electromagnetic force, not gravity nor the strong and weak forces. Same as Peak Oil though gravity has a little bit of effect in Peak Oil in that oil has to be pumped uphill to get it out, but that's of little consequence, the same as people have to use muscles to hold their brains off the ground against gravitational force.

But you are going off on a tangent. The point was that oil production has dropped, but that doesn't mean that Peak Oil has happened. It might merely be another ridge on the way up to the summit. Ridges keep appearing when climbing mountains, concealing the final peak. Irrational exuberance looks like a peak, but it might be just another ridge on the way up to a plateau.
