I use PC Quote real time and it was so far behind till now that the last trade price and the bid/ask had no correlation. The info I was getting indicated the market had turned up and was turning back down when in fact it had bottomed and was just starting to recover--so sold at the bottom on several stocks. First time this has happened to me--would have been better to trade off of 20 min delayed quotes. so much for the advantage of real time quotes when there is very heavy volume.
