There seems to be a lot of confusion expressed in the article. I have seen many times when directives or initiatives have been confused and create situations as expressed in the article.

I will have to see more on this issue, but I think Obama should but won't be impeached for his ignorant spending while at the same time calling for cuts in spending. Countries around the world are concerned for the dollars/treasury notes they hold.
