Its not an assumption....as I understand it, he was investigated and the case in front of a grand jury who did not indict...and a grand jury is very apt to indict on slight evidence. My understanding is there were misdealings involved. Remember, this Sibelius Democrat in charge there. Certainly, the young woman whose story was posted earlier today would not have met the legal criteria for a late-term abortion. One can argue with O'Reilly's characterization, but when it comes down to it, O'Reilly's characterization was not far off. Baby killer, or late-term abortionist. There isn't that much difference in the eyes of a rational person.
