to all: i need some advice. i'm about to close on my refi and i'm taking as much cash out as i can.

they want to know what i'm doing with the cash out portion of the loan. i'm planning on doing some home remodeling and investing the rest. i have to explain the purpose of the cash out - will they have a problem with my purpose for the cash out? any insight would be appreciated. since rates are up over 1 point higher than my lock rate, i'm afraid they aren't too motivated to close my loan and will look for excuses not to close.
