You forgot one simple principle of geology. Where a property line exists it forms a "steel wall" which prevents mineralization escaping the adjacent property and leaking into the one you invest in.

Often a phenomena occurs which prevents the drills from turning. It is called "large property next door lock up." Drills overheat and refuse to work at all. As long as you do not drill, however, a mine cannot reasonably be denied.
